All our Spit Roasted Pigs are prepared on-site and served by our fantastic team with apple sauce, stuffing and selection of freshly baked 5” bread rolls. Hog Roasts are cooked fresh on-site for a minimum of 6 hours by our qualified Chef who will also be on-hand to Serve and Carve for your Guests at a time to suit you,
All our services include a chef on-site to cook and serve, 1 server, a heavy duty Gazebo (2 Gazebos if our salad bar option is chosen) along with serving tables, cloths, dishes, deluxe disposable plates and cutlery
we can also provide additional Serving Staff if required to serve your guests with drinks or clear your tables.
